A Kakobuy spreadsheet is a collection of product links, often arranged by category. It helps you discover possible items. Finding a link is the beginning of your review: you still need to check the exact listing, purchasing options and order details.
Start from the Kakobuy spreadsheet homepage to browse selected exported listings in 12 categories. Category buttons open collections on this site; the homepage search box and individual product links open Findsindex. Each collection has cards and a read-only spreadsheet view, alongside practical buying guidance.
1. Search for the item, not the spreadsheet
Use a product keyword such as “hoodie”, “jacket” or “sneakers” in the homepage search box. Add a model or colour when you know what you want. The search runs on Findsindex, so the results come from its wider catalogue rather than a verified Kakobuy stock list.
If a broad search produces too many choices, choose one requirement at a time: product type, model, material information, colour or measurements. A narrower shortlist is easier to review than a large collection of unrelated links.
To compare the selected export data here, open a category such as the shoes collection, then choose Spreadsheet. Search names, brand labels or original categories, sort by snapshot price or product name, and choose 24, 48, 100 or all shown items per page. These filters stay in your browser. This is a read-only comparison table, not an editable Google Sheet; verify current details on the destination listing.
For clothing or sportswear, start with the hoodies spreadsheet or jerseys spreadsheet. Each category includes practical checks for that item type, alongside searchable cards and a comparison table. Use View more at the bottom to open the corresponding category on Findsindex.
2. Record the exact variant
Save the source URL and note the seller, product option, colour and size. A cover image may represent several variants, and the lowest visible price may apply to only one option. Check the option you actually intend to buy.
A simple shortlist can use these columns:
| Item | Source URL | Variant | Size or measurements | Item price | Open questions |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Your candidate | Exact listing link | Selected colour or model | Relevant chart details | Price for that variant | Missing photos, dimensions or terms |
This is a suggested format, not a live product listing. Fill it with information from the current source rather than copying an old price without checking.
3. Separate seller photos from QC photos
Seller images show how a listing is presented. Warehouse QC images relate to an inspected order. When photos are available, check which kind you are viewing and whether the shown variant matches your candidate.
Use the images to identify questions you can resolve: a label that needs a clearer photo, an unconfirmed measurement or a visible mark. Avoid treating another buyer’s inspection as proof that your future item will be identical.
For footwear, our Kakobuy shoes spreadsheet checklist gives a more detailed order for reviewing sizing and images.
4. Confirm the link with your purchasing agent
Follow the available purchase link and check the current provider’s interface. Confirm that it recognises the source listing, offers the intended variant and accepts the item for your destination. If any of those details are unclear, ask the provider before paying.
Product discovery, purchasing, warehouse inspection and international shipping are separate decisions. A catalogue result does not complete those steps or guarantee that every route is available.
5. Keep a budget with separate cost lines
Record the current item price separately from domestic freight, service charges, international shipping and applicable import charges. Request the information needed for your destination and parcel instead of treating a catalogue price as an all-inclusive total.
Check the current return and exchange terms, including the stage of the order when a request can be made. When your own inspection becomes available, review it and raise any issues before arranging international dispatch.
What if a link no longer works?
Try searching the product name or model again, then verify any replacement listing from the beginning. A similar photo does not prove that the seller, variant or terms are the same. Keep the original link in your notes so you can distinguish the old candidate from the new one.
